B. Research and community service activities
Each lecturer at BEME study program must carry out three main tasks (called Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi): teaching and learning, research, and community service activity. UNP ask every lecturer to carry out at least one research program and one community service activity program. C. Human resources development plan
Human resources is one of the most important aspect that must be developed. The development of lecturer’s competencies in BEME is realized by various activities such as: studies, industrial apprenticeships, training, academic promotion, research activity, etc. The lecturer development plan at BEME, download here.
D. Academic staff achievement
